Procurement Department at the Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem (LPJ) is defined as the overall process of acquiring goods, civil works, and services, which include all functions from the identification of needs, solicitation and selection, preparation and award of contract and administering the contract through all phases till the end of a services contract or the useful life of an asset”.

The procurement department is a part of the administrative cycle that feed together with primary interactive work of project and financial departments managing and follows up all project’s activities and requests at the Latin Patriarchate with all its divisions in Jerusalem including all segments under the umbrella of the Latin Patriarchate.
