Bailasan Counseling Center recently concluded a specialized course titled "My Mental Health and Scouting Responsibility" for 14 advanced Girl Scouts from various groups across Bethlehem Governorate. The course, spanning eight two-hour sessions, was designed to empower young girls during a pivotal stage of their lives. Its goal was to provide a supportive and safe environment to help participants build awareness, develop essential skills, and cultivate a balanced and resilient personality capable of overcoming challenges. Topics covered included mental health, effective communication, emotional management, decision-making, coping with cyberbullying, body image, and setting personal goals. By the end of the program, participants had developed a personal action plan to help them become confident, strong women who will contribute to a more cohesive and stable society. The center expressed gratitude to all who helped make the course a success.
